Turn left at the first corner (look for the tea specialty store "Mariage Freres") and enter the small path. The building is on the corner, ahead on the right at the first intersection. The entrance is a staircase going up diagonally from the intersection side. Our clinic is on the second floor on the left. I will pay the transportation expenses!
With our motto of ``beauty treatment that puts the patient first,'' we have prepared a system for patients who come from the suburbs to pay all or part of their transportation costs.
This system is also recommended for those who want to receive treatment before sightseeing, eating, or shopping!
Conditions for applying the transportation allowance system
- Region limited (Saitama, Chiba, Kanagawa)
- Valid only for purchases of 20,000 JPY or more.
- We will cover all transportation expenses up to 1,000 JPY.
- Applies to public transportation.
- It is mandatory to display a receipt or screen showing the charges.
- If you exceed the upper limit, you will be responsible for your own expenses.
- You will need to confirm documents that show your area of residence. (driver's license, resident card, insurance card, utility bill details, etc.)
- Payment will be made after treatment is completed at our hospital.
- If you are diagnosed as unsuitable for treatment through counseling, you will not be eligible.
- The transportation expense subsidy system can be used every time from the second time onwards. (However, for course menus, only valid for the first time)
- Payment will be made for one round trip.
