This system is also recommended for those who want to receive treatment before sightseeing, eating, or shopping!

Conditions for applying the transportation allowance system

• Region limited (Saitama, Chiba, Kanagawa)
• Valid only for purchases of 20,000 yen or more.
• We will cover all transportation expenses up to 1,000 yen.
• Applies to public transportation.
• It is mandatory to display a receipt or screen showing the charges.
• If you exceed the upper limit, you will be responsible for your own expenses.
• You will need to confirm documents that show your area of ​​residence. (driver's license, resident card, insurance card, utility bill details, etc.)
• Payment will be made after treatment is completed at our hospital.
• If you are diagnosed as unsuitable for treatment through counseling, you will not be eligible.
• The transportation expense subsidy system can be used every time from the second time onwards. (However, for course menus, only valid for the first time)
• Payment will be made for one round trip.
