What is Visilis (pelvic floor muscle training chair)?
BIJIRIS is a chair-type training device that can train the pelvic floor muscles and gluteal muscles. By using high-intensity focused electromagnetic waves to cause automatic muscle contraction, you can expect the same effect as doing 20 muscle exercises by simply sitting for 1 minutes.
The pelvic floor muscles are difficult to train because they are not normally conscious of them, and as we age they tend to weaken, causing problems such as urinary incontinence. After childbirth, the pelvic floor muscles can also be damaged, making you more susceptible to problems such as urinary incontinence and back pain. Pelvic floor muscle training can help prevent and improve these problems.
It also trains the gluteal muscles (gluteus maximus, gluteus medius, and gluteus minimus), which can help lift your hips. When fat accumulates from the waist to the buttocks and the muscles weaken, your buttocks will become square and sagging. By training the gluteal muscles, you can achieve the ideal rounded hips.
Furthermore, BIJIRIS is expected to be effective not only in muscle but also in breaking down fat cells. Muscle contractions are performed at ultra-high speeds, but fat cells cannot keep up with the high speed muscle movement and are broken down and excreted from the body over a period of 3 to 4 weeks.
A test conducted by a woman in her 60s showed that her body size and body fat percentage decreased, while her muscle mass and basal metabolic rate increased.

What are pelvic floor muscles?
The pelvic floor muscles are the muscles that support the uterus, bladder, rectum, etc. from below like a hammock. They support the organs in the pelvis and control urination and defecation.
-
What happens when your pelvic floor muscles weaken?
- Urinary incontinence, frequent urination, and repeated leakage
- sensitivity to cold, swelling
- Vulvar itching or bleeding
- Uterine prolapse/organ prolapse
- Pain during intercourse/vaginal looseness
- Decreased orgasm during intercourse
- ED (infertility/maintenance), etc.

Features of Visilis (pelvic floor muscle training chair)
-
Point
Just sitting there with clothes on
High-intensity focused electromagnetic waves can train your muscles even while wearing clothes. By simply sitting for 20 minutes, you can expect the same effect as 1 muscle training sessions.
-
Point
Improves urinary incontinence and frequent urination
Urinary incontinence is not only experienced by older people, but by one in two people in their 20s. By strengthening the pelvic floor muscles, urinary incontinence and frequent urination can be improved.
-
Point
Targets not only muscle but also fat
BIJIRIS can train the pelvic floor muscles and gluteal muscles, but it also targets fat cells. Fat cells cannot keep up with the high speed movement caused by the electromagnetic pulse, so they are broken down and expelled from the body over a period of 3 to 4 weeks.
-
Point
Hip-up effect
BIJIRIS can also train the gluteal muscles, helping you achieve rounded, firm hips.
-
Point
No pain or downtime
Because it is not a medical device, there is no downtime and it can be used safely.
