“What is chemical peeling?”
Cells formed in the basal layer of the epidermis are shed from the stratum corneum every 28 days due to turnover (skin metabolism). However, when turnover is disrupted due to factors such as daily life or aging, old keratin is not peeled off and gradually accumulates thickly on the skin surface, resulting in skin dullness, stiffness, age spots, wrinkles, etc. It may cause trouble.Chemical peeling is a treatment that applies a chemical solution to the surface of the skin to remove dead skin cells from the epidermis. This promotes and normalizes the skin's turnover function, creating a smooth texture that leads to the skin's natural freshness.

About our hospital's peeling agent
At our clinic, we perform chemical peels using salicylic acid macrogol or glycolic acid.
What is glycolic acid peeling?
Glycolic acid peeling is a type of fruit acid extracted from sugar cane, etc., and is a chemical peeling agent with a small molecular weight that is exclusively used for medical institutions.Because the particles are small, it has high permeability, and it activates epidermal cells and promotes the production of collagen and elastin, giving the skin firmness and elasticity. It is also effective in suppressing melanin production, improving age spots, dullness, darkening of pores, and uneven skin tone.
It is also ideal for treating acne as it dissolves dead skin cells and dirt clogged in pores.
What is salicylic acid macrogol?
Salicylic acid macrogol is a liquid medicine exclusively for medical institutions that contains salicylic acid (BHA) as its main ingredient.Peeling with salicylic acid macrogol prevents the acid from penetrating deep into the skin, and the acid only reacts with the stratum corneum, so the skin may become red or peel after the treatment. There are almost no problems. In addition, since it can be used in high concentrations, it can achieve even higher skin beautification and whitening effects. There is no need to worry about side effects as it does not enter the bloodstream.
